The work will include upgrading this site and starting a new site. This site needs many changes and a complete redesign to make it more relevant to today's internet. The new site will be a very challenging endeavour as it will be an interactive member site.
I am looking for a developer who has wide experience in web design. Able to take my ideas and put them into reality.
A list of my requirements are below.

• Fully experienced in PHP, MySQL, CSS, and XHTML as a minimum. Good knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools would also help.

• An excellent knowledge of site security and able to implement same.

• Previous experience with e-commerce sites.

•  A good knowledge of the Qur'an and Hadith and the rules that apply to trade and other matters. Any information that is used on either site will need to be correct. You will also be required to answer questions that visitors to the site will have.

• Over time it would be expected that you would develop more in-depth Islamic lessons and advise sections.

• Be prepared to work on a full time basis.

• Able to write in both English and Arabic would help but is not a requirement.
